You must be 18+ to work at our festival.

Pay is based on industry standards, you will be sent your offer if successful. A standard frontline bar or customer service team member is paid at minimum the grade level 2 of the MA000080 award.

A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), is a legal training requirement for people working in a place that serves alcohol. You cannot apply to work at the bar without it.

Submitting an application does not guarantee the role you have chosen. Due to various factors such as availability, qualifications, and organisational needs, we reserve the right to assign staff to different positions based on our discretion and the overall suitability of applicants. We will make every effort to accommodate your first preferences, but please understand that alternative roles may be offered. Your flexibility and openness to alternative opportunities are greatly appreciated.

Our pay run is fortnightly, so you can expect to be paid within the following fortnight of the event.

We allocate shifts between 6:00 am and midnight on show days. Most staff will start between 10:00 am and 11:00 am however your shift will be allocated 21 days prior to the event. Shift times are selected at random. Shift assignments are subject to availability, operational requirements, and the needs of our organisation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences, but please understand that alternate shift times may be assigned based on the overall needs and availability of our working positions. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt to different shift times are appreciated

Yes! We need to know who’s actually keen to work

We understand the desire to work alongside a friend or in the company of someone familiar. While we will make an effort to accommodate buddy requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assign you and your preferred companion to the same shift or position. Factors such as availability, skills required, and the needs of our organisation may influence our ability to honour such requests. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.

There is no reserved parking available onsite. We do not recommend driving to the festival site, use public transport or private drop off/pickup. Don’t forget – PLAN IN ADVANCE & ARRIVE EARLY – there will be traffic and road delays. Road closures are in place on Northfields Ave between Robsons Rd & Ring Rd West
