Cry Club are as gentle in spirit as they are ferocious on stage. After cutting their teeth in Wollongong, the now-Melbourne residing noise-pop duo are hungry to take their empowering, danceable anthems further. Their debut single ‘Walk Away’ was titled “one of the best debut singles of the year” by Pilerats. Their follow up, ‘DFTM’ was added to full rotation on Triple J and saw them dubbed Unearthed Feature Artist while ‘Two Hearts’ only continued this trend, pushing them into a wider audience with support slots with Alice Ivy, Holy Holy and WAAX.

The duo have solidified themselves as a must see emerging act over the past year. ‘Robert Smith’ saw them sell out headline shows across the East Coast of Australia, while newest single ‘Obvious’ takes another swift step to the left, continuing to prove the duo have a formidable ability to shift gears constantly. This year, Cry Club will release their debut album and play Splendour in the Grass. Refusing to be pigeon-holed, Cry Club seem always ready to surprise.
